This pay app sucks. I could not make payments on this app forever. AT&T salesperson lied to me for a free phone, and it was for a 2-year contract. I found out I was making the payment for the phone. What worse when the salesman gave other salespeople a high five for commission and dishonesty in front of me after I signed. Do NOT go with AT&T!!! Trust me! I was charged for late payment and could not pay on the app. I called the technical support to fix the bugs! They can not fix the issues!

I saw the bad reviews but out of morbid curiosity tried it anyway, and they aren't lying, it sucks. If you click create account it'll as your email and zip code, then it'll say "we can't find an account with that info". Yeah, no kidding, that's why I clicked create account. After that you're stuck, can't go anywhere else from there.

hate this app. have to login 3 times before the main screen will show up. usually flashes white after logging in then after about 3 more times, it finally works. I'm this close to moving to a different company with fiber internet and we have plenty choices here. and no, it's not my phone, it worked fine up until 7 days ago and hasn't been the same since.
