Awful experience with the app regardless of the device. My husband and I can't even access the home page. It says, "Looks like something went wrong. Please tap below or pull down to refresh the page. If the problem continues, contact us through the more menu for further assistance." Customer service has been switching us back and forth to multiple different people and disconnecting us, causing us to start the process over. This has been going on for hours. :(

Android 12 phone. The App lets me login, but refuses to recognize the Verizon router used for networking. for the first install the app allowed me to report the issue. nothing happened though. Reinstalling resulted in the identical result. I don't see how support can help if I am not in the app. The chatbot was not helpful. The live agent can only verify that my account was active. I change my account password to no avail. The 'old' FIOS App works fine.

this app is trash. have tried for 2 days to login since downloading and it keeps telling me I dont have a gateway or router on my acct, which My Verizon clearly shows. so either there is a different login im supposed to be using or this app is broken. of course you can never get any help from customer service as im pretty sure they dont even have real people working there anymore. can't get ahold of anyone, can't get app to work, my internet has been intermittent at best for over a week now.
