No longer works. It used to have all the information listed. I logged in last night, and it said no router connected to the account. Now I can't even log in. It just says something went wrong try again later. I reinstalled the app but still broken. Fios experience has been less than average. Updated I am able to log in. If there is an outage, there should be something on the app, not just try again. My TV & internet were fine at the time.

Unreliable & stopped working after using it for a few hours. I have to uninstall it & download it again for it to work again. This has happened 5x so far. When it works & I can sign in, it's great. The rest of the time, it's useless.

Android 12 phone. The App lets me login, but refuses to recognize the Verizon router used for networking. for the first install the app allowed me to report the issue. nothing happened though. Reinstalling resulted in the identical result. I don't see how support can help if I am not in the app. The chatbot was not helpful. The live agent can only verify that my account was active. I change my account password to no avail. The 'old' FIOS App works fine.
