Camera keeps disconnecting. Everytime I try to use it, the camera disconnects. There's like 1 in every 10 times where the camera will stay on. It happens repeatedly and doesn't stay on when I turn it back on. After 2 or 3 times, I end up restarting my phone. Sometimes this works but this is getting old. I shouldn't have to restart my phone every time I want to use this app.

Hi, Samantha. Can you check if the Meet app has permission to access your camera? Once done and when you're inside a Google Meet call, please tap on the camera icon to ensure that the camera is switched on. Hope this helps!

It's a good app for the most part. If you're connected to wifi though you are pretty limited on space to move around in, and it'll freeze up and start using mobile data if it's not close enough to the wifi. Overall: good app, useful/helpful, but a smoother transition between wifi and data usage would be nice.

For several years now i have been experiencing many issues, even after countless updates to the app. Meet has issues connecting to my contacts. Even when I'm sitting two feet away from my wife it won't connect. There are often issues of it not notifying me when there are incoming call so I frequently miss calls. Video and audio quality are atrocious with both video and studio being choppy. This app really is your quite terrible.
