This app sucks. I wish they never changed apps. It doesn't load. I can't view my bill because the page will not load. The app is slow and full of glitches. It took me forever to find where info about my internet was. I needed to check the speed, do a performance test, and reboot the modem. It was never this complicated on the previous app.

Absolutely the most broken, frustrating, disappointment of an app I've ever experienced. That is saying a LOT after having used Android apps from the HTC Hero until now. It disconnects you right in the middle of the chat. Reps say it'll pick up where you left off later. "Unfortunately, I'm unable to pull up your previous conversation with our agent because you closed the chat or the transcripts expired after 24 hours." NEITHER are true. This has been a problem on every recent phone I've had.

App is slow and buggy. Newest thing is that biometric login is no longer enabled. Every time I go to look at my account tab, I have to sign in and every time it prompts me to turn on biometrics. I select to but it doesn't stick. Tried deleting cache, app data, fully uninstall and reinstall and even tried an old version of the app but nothing worked. Pixel 9 Pro on latest March 2025 software. All other apps that allow biometrics work fine.
