  • Prompt users to submit ratings and reviews without the inconvenience of leaving your app or game with the in-app review API

  • When replying to reviews, keep the Google Play reviews posting policies in mind

  • Identify device-specific opportunities to enhance your users’ experiences by filtering your reviews by device type

  • To conduct more customised analysis, export your reviews in bulk

  • If you don't have a native-language speaker to reply to feedback in a particular language, reply in your native language. Users can read a translation of your reply using Google Translate.
